Aqua Dulza beer

It was the love of Lake Como, of its history, as well as a passion for food, wine and craft beer that led the two friends and founders of AquaDulza, Federico Bianchi and Riccardo Avenali, to embark on their venture back in 2013.

The intention was to create a product closely linked to the local area. They started out working with a master brewer from Como, producing a craft beer with a process that followed the traditional methods. Today they use a production facility with a testing laboratory to ensure they have all the required certifications, and they collaborate with several master brewers, while the recipes themselves are rigorously those of the two founders themselves. The ingredients are have links with the local landscape, as do the names borne by the different beers offered.
