The architectural setting is a fine example of a perfectly preserved cultural heritage, including the historic fireplace, coffered ceilings, parquet floors, velvet and leather sofas, and a marble bar. The bottle cabinet, located at the back of the bar, is made of glass and brass, and displays all the excellence of international mixing.
The drinks list, managed by a team of expert mixologists, is conceived to celebrate Italy's natural beauty, with each cocktail created with an eye to the elements of water, earth, air and fire. These essences of each are creatively combined to provide the bar’s sophisticated signature cocktails.
