Feel Como

Federico Beretta came to Como from the hustle and bustle of Milan. After eleven years spent in the kitchens of Lombardy’s restaurants and in international locations, he and his wife Elisa decided in 2014 to open "Feel Como" in this city. In 2018 they are mentioned in the Michelin Guide, in 2019 they join the prestigious association JRE Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, and a year later Federico is appointed Territorial Ambassador for the province of Como by the Gambero Rosso guide. Since 2023 JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, recognises Chef Beretta as an Ambassador of Taste.

All of these awards and recognitions have been forthcoming because of the strong personality and identity of Feel, whose dishes include wild herbs and plants, game, freshwater fish, alpine products, mountain eggs, malga butter and many other products from the landscapes of the Lake Como area.

After years of experience and a fascination with the things that nature has to offer us in the mountains, in its inland waters, in the woods and in the meadows, they find a home for them in the menu at Feel. One example above all: the Insalata di bosco, a wild herb dish that tells the story of the Lake Como area from the shores of the lake up to its mountain pastures.

The other soul of the restaurant is Elisa, Feel's manager, sommelier and coffee sommelier. Together they celebrate the area that has been their home for some time now. Booking is always appreciated because the restaurant is not large, having just six tables in addition to the chef's table, located in the fireplace room, recently renovated, which can be booked for a maximum of six to eight people.
