Kitchen

The Kitchen, with a Michelin star in the 2021 Guide, is led by Chef Andrea Casali and presents a menu inspired by the most distinctive dishes of his cuisine, which pay homage to Mediterranean culture and flavours.

In addition to presenting the established menu with signature dishes such as "Bottoni al Parmigiano Reggiano, pera nashi, foie gras, and balsamic vinegar", the menu features two tasting routes. The vegetarian route, a tribute to the Chef's biodynamic vegetable garden, with dishes such as "Spaghettone Monograno Felicetti, beetroot, parsley” and "Rapanelli in umeboshi, strawberry, yoghurt, and caramelised sesame” and the contemporary route with "Egg 70°, peas, fondant onion, Parmigiano Reggiano” and “Seabass in herbal crust, caciucco and daikon or oriental radish”. The styling of the spaces ensures customers are welcomed into a charming setting, surrounded by greenery, yet just a very short walk from the city centre.
