It boasts masterpieces of art by Canova, Thorvaldsen and Hayez, which were collected in the nineteenth century by the second owner Giovanni Battista Sommariva. The garden, created by Duke Giorgio II, the husband of Princess Carlotta, is also very much worth a visit.
