The eight tables offer the excellence of this region’s produce in a toing and froing between the lake and the mountains, as ‘local’ flavours and sensations nevertheless surprise the diner for their inspiration, taste and presentation. These are modern dishes that develop tradition with technique and intuition.

The mission of the restaurant, its ‘Feel-osophy’ is that of the most careful selection of the raw materials, rigorously chosen from Alpine and Lakeside farmers of this area, with freshwater fish, wild herbs, ingredients from the high mountains, the woods and the streams, but also with Mediterranean references thanks to microclimate on the shores of the lakes.

Chef Beretta, this year a member of the prestigious JRE group, the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, the manager and sommelier Elisa Forlanelli, who is also his wife, and Pietro Gilardi form a young team that which focussing its energy and ideas on telling the story of the places, seasons and the produce of this area through the quality of their dishes and the attention to the experience of the diners. There is a fine wine cellar, curated by Elisa, with about 200 wines, with small producers or native vines in particular standing out.
