Strongly desired and brought to life by the Parolini family, the resort opened in 2024 with the goal of revitalizing the former industrial area of Via Pasquale Paoli in Como. Spanning a total surface of 17,000 square meters, The Padel Resort is a forward-thinking retreat with spaces devoted to sport, leisure, and relaxation — offering guests a unique destination to reconnect with themselves, far from the rush of daily life.
While the sports facilities — including 11 super-panoramic Mejorset Padel Premier courts approved by FITP, a gym, a pool area, and a physiotherapy center — are at the heart of the structure, The Padel Resort presents itself as a true oasis of contemporary luxury. The resort also features a coworking space, a 4-star boutique hotel with 21 deluxe rooms overlooking the garden and pool, and a refined food and wine offering that highlights local products, both in the gourmet dishes of Ristorante I TIGLI and the more casual selections of the Bistrot, ideal for a quick yet high-quality lunch break. The Lounge Bar adds a creative twist, offering a cocktail list inspired by the surrounding region, with drinks like the “Bellagio” and the “Tremezzo".
Adding a unique touch to the overall experience is an on-site Maserati dealership. “It was an idea born by chance,” explains the Parolini family. “Our original intention was to open a Maserati dealership in Como. While searching for semi-ready sites, we came across this beautiful property in a strategically important location — and the rest followed naturally.”
