Aquadulza was founded in 2013 with the aim of creating a product that pays homage to the Lake Como region, blending craft beer, architecture, and landscape. Each label tells a local story: the IPA 24 SEI, gluten-free and flavored with dandelion, is dedicated to San Giovanni, the patron saint of the lake; 3MEZZINA, a fresh and light blonde beer made from buckwheat, celebrates the villages of Tremezzina; while VIA REGIA, an amber beer made with mulberry leaves, honors the ancient road and the Como silk tradition.
2025 marks a turning point for Aquadulza, with a rebranding that renews the image while keeping a strong connection to its origins. The new logo, inspired by the historic one, retains the original color palette and transforms the colored band into a silhouette that figuratively recreates the landscape of the Lario. The revised font and the new lively and engaging storytelling unite the past and future with a fresh, contemporary style.
The brand now proudly carries the label "Lago di Como," symbolizing the intention to strengthen local identity while opening up to new perspectives beyond the region. In the coming months, limited distribution outside the province will be accompanied by merchandising projects and collaborations with local businesses. In May 2025, a new beer will be unveiled: FIUMELATTE, with citrus hints and rosemary notes, is the first creation inspired by the other branch of the lake, ready to expand Aquadulza's narrative and flavor horizon.
