The challenge of bringing true luxury to Como is what the LarioHotels group has fully achieved with VISTA Palazzo | Lake Como, a 5-star luxury hotel overlooking the shores of the lake.
On the fifth floor, which affords breath-taking views, is the Sottovoce restaurant itself, managed by the chef Stefano Mattara, who creates gourmet dishes on the hotel rooftop. The dishes range from light fayre, with particular attention to vegetarian and vegan cuisine, to richer and more local dishes in the lake tradition but interpreted afresh.
As well as offering dining at the tables in the restaurant, the hotel also opens its top floor to outside visitors, welcoming them in for drinks at the Infinity Bar, where they can enjoy Alessandro Rabolini's cocktails on the sober and elegant terrace.
