Lisander enriches and completes the 4* Hotel Promessi Sposi, today the oldest hotel on the eastern branch of Lake Como. The small and exclusive fine dining restaurant, opened in 2023, offers a dining room with a large window overlooking the lake and an open-air terrace, located on the pedestrian promenade of Malgrate, considered one of the most beautiful in the whole of Lake Como.
The kitchen is led by Chef Pirelli, born in 1974, who boasts a career spanning over thirty years, during which he has been a key figure in several prestigious restaurants and luxury hotels. In recognition of his work, he was awarded the title of Ambasciatore del Gusto in 2022. Chef Pirelli brings with him a deep passion for food and its history, honoring culinary roots while embracing their evolution over time. His goal is to offer guests at Lisander an experience that tells the story of authentic flavors, reimagined with a contemporary twist.
